Flat Tailed Horned Lizard Eating Harvester Ants – Society for Horned Lizard Preservation

Phrynosoma mccalli in rehabilitation after being dumped in a pet store in the Denver area. He was in much poorer condition than he appeared here and was shipped here overnight in a last ditch effort to save his life. I estimate he was on his last 72hrs of life. His rehab was successful and he is still alive several years later. His exact origin was unknown.
